Chris Shaw spent the last 40 years singing the songs and telling the stories of the Adirondacks from here to Anchorage and San Diego to Berlin. After 15 years as the international representative of Taylor Guitars, 12 albums, numerous TV specials, and 25 years of “Mountain Snow and Mistletoe” shows, Chris retired in 2015 after going back to school for Culinary Arts at Schenectady County Community College and the Culinary Institute of America.
