Design Your Own Hermit Hut

Home Petite Home

Noah John Rondeau was living in a tiny home long before this style was popular.

Noah had two cabins. The Adirondack Experience has one of Noah’s cabins.  Look at the diagram and photographs that show the layout and what is inside the cabin at the museum.   This cabin is about 9 feet long and 7 feet wide inside. That’s smaller than most bedrooms!  He also had an outdoor sink and cone-shaped structures for storage areas.

Imagine living in a tiny house like Noah’s cabin. What would you want inside your home? Would you have anything special in your yard? Draw a diagram of what your tiny home and yard would look like.
