Join all of us at ADKX on July 1 for the opening of our newest permanent exhibition, Artists and Inspiration in the Wild. We have a day full of activities, special guests, and, of course, art to celebrate! ADKX members will be the first to get to see the exhibit; please come from 9-11:00AM for the members’ preview and reception. At 12:00PM, ADKX Executive Director David Kahn and Nancy Reardon Sayer, Chair of the ADKX Board of Trustees, will join other special guests to cut the ribbon and open the exhibit to all visitors.

Throughout the day, the campus will be abuzz with plein air painters, live muralling, live silk-screening, music, games, and a chance to enjoy ADKX’s premiere new experience.

Participating artists include: Barney Bellinger, Carrie Hill, Glenn Hill, Sandra Hildreth, Bob Jones, Paul Lakata, Greg Rudd, Bob Stump, Takeyce Walter, Patrice Jarvis-Weber, Hannah Williams, and Brisbane Young

Musicians: Jamcrackers and Warden & Co.

Activities by: ADK Artrise, Adirondack Center for Writing, and Soul and Ink, plus many, many more

The first 500 visitors will also get to take home a free commemorative screenprint—available only on July 1.
