Donor Relations & Grants Administrator

The Donor Relations and Grants Administrator will be responsible for and assist with, strategies to identify, cultivate, solicit, acknowledge, and retain major gift donors, planned giving prospects, and corporate, government, and foundation entities for the museum’s fundraising needs. This position is also responsible for conducting the full range of activities required to prepare, submit, and manage grant proposals to private, corporate, and governmental sources. The position requires the ability to travel and effectively interact with multiple constituencies. Additional requirements include writing reports, formulating strategy and writing fundraising proposals, writing correspondence and acknowledgment letters, assisting with events, and providing support for proposal and solicitation preparation as required.
