El amable permiso de un terrateniente privado nos permitir\u00e1 explorar parte de la ruta del antiguo ferrocarril del r\u00edo Marion, doblemente celebrado en la Experiencia Adirondack en dos exposiciones antiguas y perennemente populares. Ed Kanze es naturalista, autor y gu\u00eda de Adirondack, con m\u00e1s de cuarenta a\u00f1os de experiencia guiando paseos por lugares salvajes. Ex guardabosques de parques nacionales, trabaj\u00f3 en el Parque Nacional de Acadia y en la Costa Nacional de las Islas del Golfo, fue conservador del Museo de la Naturaleza Trailside en Cross River (Nueva York), ense\u00f1\u00f3 ecolog\u00eda de campo para la Sociedad Nacional Audubon y fue naturalista jefe en la Reserva del Lago Teatown en Ossining (Nueva York).
