Susan Hopkins ha aprendido a identificar hongos gracias a sus 40 a\u00f1os de pertenencia a la Asociaci\u00f3n Micol\u00f3gica de Nueva Jersey. Se centra en la identificaci\u00f3n, con especial inter\u00e9s en todos los hongos dentados (hongos con espinas bajo el sombrero). Susan tambi\u00e9n es \u201ctintorera\u201d, ya que aprendi\u00f3 a utilizar varias especies de hongos silvestres para te\u00f1ir lana. Vive en el Parque Adirondack y sigue estudiando los hongos locales y ofreciendo conferencias, paseos y demostraciones sobre hongos y te\u00f1ido con setas.<\/p>\n
