Los participantes tejer\u00e1n un Pack Basket de tama\u00f1o normal, de aproximadamente 18\u201d de alto. Har\u00e1n sus cestas de la misma manera que se hac\u00edan las cestas originales, utilizando junco en lugar de fresno negro o marr\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Los patines de madera maciza y la base interior de madera mantienen el arn\u00e9s en su sitio. Habr\u00e1 una selecci\u00f3n de colores de arn\u00e9s para elegir. La parte superior de la cesta se rematar\u00e1 con un asa cosida antes de aplicar el borde.<\/p>\n<p>Una vez secos, se aplican el arn\u00e9s, los patines y la base. Se ense\u00f1ar\u00e1 a los alumnos c\u00f3mo hacerlo. Despu\u00e9s del taller, podr\u00e1n te\u00f1ir la cesta y los componentes de madera en casa y se les dar\u00e1n instrucciones con los materiales de clase.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>-<\/strong>Se proporcionar\u00e1n todos los materiales (excepto el tinte) y herramientas.<\/li>\n<li><strong>-<\/strong>Los participantes pueden traer comida, bebida y aperitivos para pasar el d\u00eda. La entrada al museo est\u00e1 incluida en el precio del taller. (Tenga en cuenta que la realizaci\u00f3n de la cesta dura unas 7 horas).<\/li>\n<li><strong>-<\/strong>Se recomienda llevar calzado c\u00f3modo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Los participantes inscritos deben reunirse en el Centro de Visitantes ADKX a las 8:45.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pol\u00edtica de cancelaci\u00f3n:\u00a0<\/strong>Si la Experiencia Adirondack se ve obligada a cancelar el taller debido a las condiciones meteorol\u00f3gicas u otras circunstancias imprevistas, los clientes recibir\u00e1n un reembolso completo. No habr\u00e1 reembolsos por no presentarse.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sobre el responsable del taller:<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cDescubr\u00ed la cester\u00eda como afici\u00f3n en 2007. Aunque nunca he sido muy artesana, esto me llamaba. Encontr\u00e9 algo que me aporta paz, pero que a la vez me desaf\u00eda con regularidad. Tejer me permite ser creativa a la vez que creo algo que es funcional. Como he pasado la mayor parte de mi vida en los Adirondacks, me parece importante conocer la historia de la emblem\u00e1tica cesta de Adirondack, y me encanta ense\u00f1ar a otros a hacer la suya. Mis cestas est\u00e1n hechas de junco, en lugar de fresno negro o marr\u00f3n como las originales. El junco es muy renovable y duradero. Aprend\u00ed con herramientas muy b\u00e1sicas y ense\u00f1o de la misma manera. En mis talleres siempre se incluyen todas las herramientas y materiales necesarios. Los arneses los hago yo, y las bases y los patines los hace mi marido con restos de madera.
