Jams and Canning with Denise Gayle
Start time: 10am – 4pm broken into 2 sessions: 10am – 12:30pm and 1:30pm – 4pm
This is a two session canning workshop, providing hands-on experiences in both fruit and vegetable processes. The participants will prepare a traditional jam recipe and can a jar of diced tomatoes, which they may season with “add-ins” and seasonings of their choice. They will take home a jar of jam and their own tomato creation.
