Students will learn the fundamentals of stained glass; pattern making, glass cutting, assembly, antiquing and other techniques. Each student will then make a small 6 x 6, stained glass “sun catcher”.
All materials will be included.
Robert Stump is a painter, musician, and the owner of Robert Stump Studios. Currently the studio is producing a variety of original works in a number of different mediums, including hand painted and kiln fired glass lamps and lighting, original watercolors, acrylic and oil paintings. Custom stained glass windows and doors are also designed and fabricated to order. The studio also publishes fine art gicl’ee prints from Roberts own original art. The diversity of work created in Robert Stump Studios is made possible by combining wood, paint, glass, metal, ceramics, forest materials and years of dedication to the time honored tradition of the arts.
Spaces are limited in all workshops; advance pre-registration is required.

Payment is due upon registration. Payment can be made with a credit card. Class space will not be reserved without full payment. Please be aware that classes require a minimum number of students and are subject to cancellation due to insufficient registration.
To cancel your registration, please notify the Adirondack Experience at least 10 days prior to the workshop. With 10 day notice, we will refund your payment minus a $50 fee.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made with less than 10 days’ notice prior to the start of the class or workshop. If you register for a class or workshop within the 10-day period before a workshop, you will not receive a refund for the
There is a minimum number of participants required for all workshops. Registrants will be notified five days prior to your workshop if it is cancelled, as a result of not meeting the minimum number of registrants. Participants will receive a full refund if workshop is cancelled due to lack of participants. Some workshops have a maximum class size.
Lunch breaks provided; please enjoy lunch at the Lake View Café or bring your own lunch.
Some workshops will be held outdoors; please be prepared for bugs and weather.
Some workshops are physically demanding.
Some workshops require the use of hand tools and/or power tools which children will not be allowed to use.
