The day will begin with a morning classroom discussion where we\u2019ll cover camera setup options plus details and questions about the basic photography principles\u2014exposure, motion, and depth of field. Carl will also discuss equipment and lens options to help folks more easily explore various shooting angles when on location.<\/p>\n<p>Au cours de l'apr\u00e8s-midi, nous exp\u00e9rimenterons les techniques couvertes ainsi que diff\u00e9rentes fa\u00e7ons de regarder les sujets tout en visitant diverses expositions dans l'enceinte du mus\u00e9e. Nous nous prom\u00e8nerons \u00e9galement sur le sentier menant \u00e0 l'\u00e9tang Minnow, si le temps le permet.<\/p>\n<p>Participants should bring along a camera, tripod, a variety of lenses and focal lengths from wide angle to telephoto, and any close-up (macro) equipment they might have. There are no specific requirements, but a larger range of equipment choices will offer a greater variety of shooting options. (For example, in his standard camera bag, Carl carries 2 DSLR mirrorless camera bodies, a 14-24, 24-120, 70-300 zooms, plus a 50mm lens, and extension tubes for close-up options. He includes his fisheye lens for unique shooting situations.)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>-<\/strong>Workshop open to all abilities.<\/li>\n<li><strong>-<\/strong>Participants are welcome to bring food and snacks for the day. Pre-ordered bagged lunches are available with registration ($15). Museum admission is included in the workshop fee.<\/li>\n<li><strong>-<\/strong>All participants should bring their own drinks and\/or water bottles for the day.<\/li>\n<li><strong>-<\/strong>Sturdy walking shoes for the trails are strongly recommended.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Les participants inscrits doivent se retrouver au centre d'accueil ADKX avant 9 h 45.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Politique d'annulation :\u00a0<\/strong>Si l'Adirondack Experience doit annuler l'atelier en raison des conditions m\u00e9t\u00e9orologiques ou d'autres circonstances impr\u00e9vues, les clients seront int\u00e9gralement rembours\u00e9s.
