Nous ferons une randonn\u00e9e de pr\u00e8s de deux miles (environ 4 miles aller-retour) jusqu'\u00e0 l'appentis de Hidden Cove, sur la rive du lac Long, pour admirer la vue. Le sentier couvre un terrain vallonn\u00e9, quelques sections humides et la travers\u00e9e d'un ruisseau rocailleux. En chemin, nous discuterons de ce qui rend les Adirondacks uniques et de la mani\u00e8re de profiter de ces lieux sauvages de mani\u00e8re responsable.<\/p>\n

Rendez-vous au d\u00e9part du sentier \u00e0 13h30.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ce qu'il faut apporter<\/strong>: Des chaussures ad\u00e9quates pour une randonn\u00e9e comme des baskets ou des bottes, des v\u00eatements appropri\u00e9s, de l'eau et des collations si d\u00e9sir\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Mary Glynn est responsable adjointe des programmes publics \u00e0 ADKX. Avant de rejoindre ADKX, elle \u00e9tait responsable des programmes \u00e9ducatifs au sein de l'Adirondack Mountain Club. Elle a \u00e9galement travaill\u00e9 comme directrice de terrain et guide de terrain en th\u00e9rapie de la nature sauvage pour le True North Wilderness Program dans le Vermont.
