How long to stay
Our indoor/outdoor campus is extensive. We offer more than 23 buildings and structures spanning across approximately 121 acres of land. Visitors can spend a few hours at a single exhibit, while others may explore at a more rapid pace. To enjoy the experience at a more leisurely pace, we recommend a visit of at least 4 hours.
What to bring
Visitors who plan on enjoying our outdoor activities are encouraged to bring water bottles, sun screen, easy snacks, etc. (Please note all beverages should be left outside when entering exhibits.)
Where to eat
Eat right here on the premises at the Lake View Cafe’ and take in the beautiful views of Blue Mountain Lake. Hot and cold freshly prepared lunch items, snacks and beverages are available from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. Or, if you wish, pack your own lunch and enjoy one of the many covered picnic areas on our grounds.
