A New Changing Exhibit Gallery
As part of an ongoing initiative to expand and improve the visitor experience at the ADKX, construction is beginning on a new 3,000-square-foot changing exhibit space that will open in 2025. This large open gallery will include moveable lighting fixtures and exhibit walls to provide flexibility for future exhibitions, and with 14-foot ceilings, the space can accommodate larger artifacts. The new changing exhibition gallery is located in the La vie dans les Adirondacks exhibit building and will have its own outside entrance, accessible from the Lake View Deck pathway.
This new gallery is sponsored by the Arlindo and Evelyn Jorge Family Foundation in memory of Arlin Jorge.
