Join Us at the 2025 Rustic Fair – A Celebration of Rustic Art & Design
The Rustic Fair is the premier gathering of Makers specializing in handcrafted rustic furniture, furnishings, architectural elements, and artwork. Hosted on the beautiful grounds of the Adirondack Experience, The Museum on Blue Mountain Lake, this two-day event is a celebration of creativity, tradition, and natural beauty.
If you are a Maker passionate about working with natural materials and creating one-of-a-kind pieces, we invite you to apply for this invitation-only event and showcase your work to an enthusiastic audience of collectors, designers, and rustic art lovers.
A Unique Event in a Stunning Setting:
Held on the scenic grounds of the Adirondack Experience, the Rustic Fair is more than just a market—it’s a showcase of artistry rooted in natural materials and timeless design. Visitors will purchase general admission to attend, bringing in engaged attendees who appreciate rustic art.
Eligibility:
To maintain the integrity of the Rustic Fair, all work must:
- Be the Maker’s own original design and handcrafted by the Maker.
- Consist of furniture and furnishings made by hand from natural elements.
- Include artwork such as paintings, drawings, and sculptures.
Not eligible: Individual antiques, factory or mass-produced items, and taxidermy that is not integral to the design of a larger piece.

Dates: Saturday-Sunday, September 6-7, 2025
Time: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Booth Fees & Options:
Choose the setup that best suits your needs:
- $250 – 10×10 booth (Vendor provides own tent)
- $300 – 10×10 booth (ADKX provides space)
- $600 – 10×20 booth (ADKX provides space)
- $850 – 20×20 booth (ADKX provides space)
Electricity is available for all booth spaces.
How To Apply
Be sure to upload images showcasing your work. Your images should highlight the quality, artistry, and design of your pieces and represent at least five different works for a well-rounded review.
Selection Process:
- Applications close at 11:59 PM on Friday, April 11, 2025.
- All applicants will be notified of their status by May 12, 2025.
- Late or incomplete applications will not be considered.
